Muscle mummy club is a 10 week program, designed with intention NOT to be a 10 week challenge but rather a building block for women who are ready to make and maintain a REAL lifestyle change.
Over 10 weeks, the Muscle Mummy Club program will provide you with the training, knowledge and support you need to achieve your short term fitness goals as well as the tools you need for long-term success.
So what can you expect?
- 50 x 60 minute face to face outdoor group sessions over 10 weeks.
- Fitness appraisal week 1, 5 & 10.
- Measurements week 1 & 10.
- Goal setting.
- Personal agreement & growth activities.
- Healthy eating advice, meal suggestions and weekly recipes.
- Guidelines for online calorie tracking.
- Weekly mini challenges.
- Access to the Muscle Mummy Club by Manifest Fitness community Facebook group for support.

Sessions will be held 9am - 10am Monday-Friday at my studio gym in Allenstown.
$500 for the full ten week program, pay before the 30th of September to receive $100 off! (That's $8 per session!)
Weekly payment options available.
Casual sessions are available upon booking at $15 a session.
